My little girl is growing up more everyday. I gave Paige a pkg of fruit snacks, and like me, she opened it with her teeth. I heard yelling and she was screaming, "MY TOOTH CAME OUT, MY TOOTH CAME OUT!!" It's been like 2 months since it started to wiggle so we all were pretty excited. The tooth fairy came and left her a whole dollar (inflation from the 25 cents that i got). She is one happy kid today.

Visit from the tooth fairy

Miracle for Christmas
So on December 22nd I had to take the baby to get his echo. Well of course it started snowing hard 15 minutes before we had to leave. Well, I packed up 4 kids into the avalanche and away we went. I slid off the road getting onto the freeway, but lucky 4 wheel drive got us on to the freeway. I went like 40 MPH because there was about 2 inches on the road at the time. I wound up dropping the kids off late to Susan's and decided to call John to make sure he got to Cedar OK and that he traveled safe down south. Well he answered right away and I heard sloshing in the background. I asked him where he was and he said "you don't want to know." I asked if he slid off the road and he said yes and I told him about me sliding off too. Later on in the conversation he said I needed to come get him from Cedar and I said, "Wow you really got stuck, huh?" He replied "Yeah after the truck flipped 3 times it would do that!" I FREAKED!!! I said "YOU FLIPPED THE TRUCK!!!! ARE YOU OK????!!" He said the cop looked him over and he looked fine, but he had a really bad headache and a big bump on his head. Now mind you I work at the hospital and see all the bad things that happen, plus I have added hormones from having a baby not 1 week prior. So, I freaked out even more. I yelled at him for not taking the ambulance to get looked at and I was going to cancel the appointment for the baby and go get him. He said he was fine and to take the baby in and then he will let me know what I needed to do. So during the already stressful echo of my baby's heart I was thinking about how I could have lost my husband that very morning. so I was crying through the whole procedure. When the appt. was done John called and said that he was in the wrecker coming to ST George. I went and saw his truck and started crying all over again. The front was smushed in and the drivers roof was caved in and the truck was totalled. As soon as I saw John I gave him a hug and he yelped because his neck hurt. I was like OH GOD, He's got a neck injury. We took him to workmed where they said he just had really bad whip lash and to watch for signs of concussion. I was not convinced he was OK, but that's all they would do for us. But he was fine and he is still recovering. You all are probably wondering how he got into the accident. Well, he was driving on the snowy I-15 and an SUV did an illegel U turn right in front of him. He switched lanes and then the Suv cut him off again and swerved into the emergancy lane. So John had to change lanes again and it hydroplaned him into a dirt median, across oncoming traffic, and stopped a foot shy of oncoming traffic. Like the title says it was our miracle for Christmas. I just marval at the fact that he is still here and I am not a widow. Because looking at the truck and hearing about the crash makes me think there was some other force watching over us that day.
A huge THANK YOU
I want to thank every one who helped John and I while I recovered from having John Wyatt. Thank you Anna, Sarah, Tara, and another lady ( think her name was Susan) from relief society for bringing us meals! They were all so yummy!
I want to send a real special thank-you to Susan, Glenda, Shelly, and Daniel R. for coming and cleaning for us. It helped so much and I cannot express how grateful I am to them.

The big 2-8!!
Yes everyone I have gotten another year older (bummer!!). I am 28 now. I had a great birthday. I got what I wanted, that baby out of me and in my arms!! John went to the store and got a cake mix and came home and made me a cake with the kids. It was German choc with coconut frosting. It was really good. I look like dookey, but hey I just pushed an eight and a half pound baby out! Some goals for my 29th year are:
~Lose my baby weight and more if I can, but we'll start with the baby weight.
~Get organized!! I am sick of living like a SLOB!! Yes I will admit it, we are slobs!! but I WILL remedy this now that I can bend over ;)
~start doing schooling with Katie, I feel like such a horrible mother that she barely knows her shapes and colors and a few ABC's
~Get active, I feel like a bump on a log all the time. I feel bad my 5 yr old spouts off commercials when she sees a product in the store. She even sings the catchy tunes to commercials. I have to stop this also.
There are more and I will add to these when I can.
Joey is 2!!
OK, so I still cannot believe my big guy is 2. Some new things he loves to do: play catch, run away from his sisters, bite Katie (UGH!!), color (his #1 thing to do), play with cars, and play dress up with the girls. He copies everything I say to him with clarity, but doesn't talk like I feel he should. But he is a boy and pointing and grunting works for him, LOL. He has taken on the role of big brother like a champ. He loves J.W. and want to hold him all the time. Having the new baby has made him get closer to John. He no longer comes to me when he gets hurt or wants to snuggle. Which is sad, but also nice since I have the baby 24/7. I love seeing this little boy grow each day and see what a difference a Y chromosome makes ('cuz it's HUGE). HAPPY BIRTHDAY BIG BOY!!
More of JW
Here's our little guy all cleaned up. I was supposed to take him to the doctor today for his 2 wk but they rescheduled for next week. He has a heart murmur, so they made us get an echo of his heart. They found a narrowing of his pulmonary artery. We need to see a cardiologist, but they said that they will probably just follow it along to see how it does. Oh and to try not to worry (RIGHT!). But other than that he is doing great.

October's gone???
HOLY COW!! Where did the time go? I only have 47 more days to go until I have a baby!!! O.M.G.!!
Besides that, here's a few updates for you:
I am extremely glad that deer hunt is over, I finally have my husband back.
Paige is still in LOVE with school. She even writes sentences now!! She reads! I am so proud of her.
Katie loves to practice writing her name. It's her favorite thing to do besides drawing.
They are all excited for Halloween tomorrow.
Katie is going to be a butterfly, Paige is going to be an angel, and Joey is going to be John (LOL). I will post pictures as soon as I can.
I am SO done and wish I did not have 6 weeks left. I am bigger with this PG because I started out bigger than any of the others :(
I only have 20 more shifts until maternity leave.
I am still freaking out about H1N1. In my defense I see how bad it can be every day. I am a germ freak right now. And with a kid in school it makes my worries escalated.
I am nesting so bad and it's really ironic how when you get the urge to sanitize everything, that's when you are the biggest and can't do anything. So needless to say I am going nuts trying to do what I can every day.
Well I am eagerly awaiting my friend Sarah's phone call telling me she had her baby, because she is due any time now. GOOD LUCK SARAH!!
That's all for now, I will post more in the coming days, I hope :)

things that make me smile
thanks Tara for the great idea:
1. The kids running downstairs to snuggle for the 5 minutes before getting ready.
2. Paige being so grown up and getting on the bus every morning.
3. John playing with the kids.
4. Katie singing "do you know the muffin man."
5. Joey boxing with John (quite funny).
6. The baby's hiccups
7. The house being clean without me doing a thing (very rare).
8. Missy pushing the ball closer and closer so you throw it.
9. John coming home (big smile).
10. Paychecks!!

milestones
Well here's a few milestones:
#1 Paige has started KINDERGARTEN!! she LOVES it. she loves riding the bus and loves having a class with a little girl I used to babysit, Samie. She does her homework every night and can't wait to get up in the morning. Mom on the other hand is so swamped with everything they make you do for the little one's it's getting hard to find the time. Not to mention every day she comes home with more things they want you to buy, Ugh. But I am so proud of her, she is doing SO AWESOME.
#2 I am in my third trimester, YAY! I was riding in the car with the family and John, of course, has deer hunt fever and was talking about camping. I realized that the reunion was the last time I will EVER (yes everyone who doubts, EVER!) be pregnant and camping again, WHOOHOO!!!! Now I can just enjoy going camping with the family. I am doing well with the pg, besides weight of course. I always gain so much, but I am looking forward to holding this little boy in 2 1/2 - 3 months. Still no names picked out yet.
#3 Katie and Joey go to preschool 2 times a week. They love it. I think it will be great for both of them to have some time apart from eachother (they clash a lot) and learn with kids their own ages.
#4 John has a salary position again which is good and bad. I loved being able to have him home Friday's to watch the kids. But now they get to go to preschool and Anna's (thank you). I like being able to buy them things that I wasn't able to buy a few months ago.

Paige's first day of school
Just standing next to Paige you could feel the excitement running out of her as we loaded up to go to her first day of school. She didn't want to waste time taking all the pictures Mom forced her to take. She wanted to go go go. She was a little nervous the first day, but thankfully she has a friend and bus buddy, Samie, that she has in her class. They stayed and played together all day. She likes her teacher, Mrs. Ziegler, a lot and talks about her all the time. I still can't believe she's old enough to be in school, but am so happy she gets to be with other kids and learn what I was not able to teach her.

a few thoughts
Well I am extremely tired, but here's a few thoughts for you:
I am so grateful to my hubby and kids. I love them so much. I remember being just a stay-at-home and thinking I would be a better mom if I worked a little. WRONG!! I have no time for anything anymore. I get home and want to sleep and am crabby, clean, and just go through the motions until nap time. I have been trying to do more with the kids at night, but then we try to keep to a bedtime schedule. I have been trying to get myself to wake Paige up at 7 am and start a school schedule, but have not succeeded in implementing that yet. Maybe tomorrow (hehe). I do miss my kids more. I especially miss dates with John, but since we don't have $$ it's kinda good we don't go out. Our movie night is even gone since I work such stupid hours.
Katie is coming along nicely in her colors, shapes, and letters. I have been doing flash cards with her and teaching her when I can. Joey is learning at the same time. He says most of them when I say them. It's so cute. Katie can recognize her name and loves to trace over it. she is the best drawer of the family so far. If anyone wants to see just come look at the murals she has left throughout the house (UGH).
Paige starts school in 20 days. I am scared to death, but excited for her. I know that her sheltered life of her only learning what I want her to know is almost gone, but it must happen to us all. She is beside herself with excitement. We bought her first school clothes with Grandma the other day and she loves everything. She picked out some new hair things and we are going to go to old navy and Children's place to pick out her "first day" outfit.
John has got a full time position starting on Sept. 1st, so financially we will be in a better situation. Which is great, but at the same time I liked him being home to watch the kids. It really made him be a better DAD :) I will miss the clean house too. Yes, he is a better house keeper than me. But I think it's only because he did it for a month and I have done it for 7 years and am sick of it :)
I miss my friends and time to spend just dinking around, but I am looking forward to maternity leave........YAY!!, 4 months.
Well love you all and glad you are all still my friends after not having any time for anyone.

AND THE VERDICT IS.........

Yes everyone, we are HAPPY to announce that our family will be completed around December 16th (my birthday) with our final baby boy. I was a little worried because I had a VERY strong feeling another boy needed to be in the family and if this one was a girl I was gonna have to try one more time. Well the ultrasound tech put the probe on and this is what we saw. This was the first image of the baby that was saw which was pretty amazing. we usually had to wait till the end to find out what it is, but this one wanted us to know right away. We currently have no names, well I don't (John still wants Butch, ugh).

My crazy life
OK so everyone has been asking how we are doing and I am gonna be honest. John has a job not making very much, but it's all we can get right now. We are hoping that our loan company will lower our house payment for us. We currently are waiting for insurance through my work to kick in on the 1st of August to find out what our little one is, bummer. I am doing good with my PG and work. I am really tired and no one should come over right now because our house is REALLY gross, but we are trying the best we can. Having 1 vehicle is not very nice, but we are in the market for a new SUV/van/whatever. I have been handling things the best I can and looking forward to knowing what the future holds for our family. Thanks for all the love and prayers, it is much appreciated. I will post about father's day and whatnot when I get time (aka never) ;)

2nd trimester
Hi everyone, I just wanted to tell you that I have hit that milestone!! I am in my second trimester....YAY!! I still have no appetite, I have a little more energy, and am eagerly awaiting my next appt. after the 24th. I get to find out what we are having!!! I am SO excited. The girls think it's a girl and I have no idea. I go back and forth. So I could be having one of each (OH LORD! J/K). I will keep u all informed.
Like I said I have a dr's appointment on the 24th (14 wks) and the next one will be the 22nd of July where we will find out what we're having (If I can't convince them to do one earlier ;) .

love my kids
OK, so although they have all gotten into their bad phases again, my kids are the best. Joey was playing chase with me today and just laughing his cute little laugh that I love so much. Katie decided to join in and we had a tickle war. I think the best medicine in the world is your kid's laughter. Paige is acting so grown up now. She has somehow changed in the last 3 months into a little girl instead of a preschooler. I will miss her cute little things, but she is so fun now just sitting down and having conversations with her about life and her curiosities. (especially how babies come out of your "buh-gina" LOL) FYI you-tube helps a lot when you show a dog giving birth.
Well I just wanted to tell everyone, as chaotic life is, spend as much time as possible making your kids laugh. It's the best medicine for all.
Oh and I am taking donations for my maid service fund. Checks are accepted (LOL) ;)

Thanks Steph
I just want to say thanks to Steph, who is a timeline queen. She always puts my chaotic life in perspective. Today we were talking about the next few months before the baby is born and how fast it is going to fly. Well now I was looking at my blog and noticed Joey is turning 2, YES 2!!!, in 6 months and a week. Well the baby is not that far off from there. So I am freaking out!!! Where did the last 2 1/2 months go??? I am that far along already??!!! any way, Thanks steph for making me realize the reality of how soon I am going to have 4 (holy crap!) kids. (No really, I do love her) ;)

BLAH!!
I have a serious problem. I need all of you who are losing weight to STOP!! All your fat is somehow finding it's way to me and sticking onto me!!! No, I am proud of all of you who are almost to their goal weight or getting close. I was there last year. I was only 7 pounds away from my goal weight, ugh. Well I am feeling sorry for myself because I was just looking at pictures of myself and was seriously disgusted. And for all of you who say it's pregnancy, I'm only almost 9 wks so it's not that. I am more active now even...........Whatever. I will hit it hard after the baby. Love to all. I know at least you all will still love me no matter what I look like.
mother's day
Well for mother's day this year we went to the water park by Susan's house, visited Susan, visited Annie, and went to dinner with my family. The funniest part about this mother's day was finding out how much me and Katie are alike. We went shopping on Saturday for mother's day, I know procrastinators. I made John take the girls to pick something out for me. Well come mother's day I get my gift, a photo album with a recordable greeting from the kids, it was the same gift I had chosen for the grandma's, LOL. The reason this is funny because John said it took Katie 30 seconds to find something and pick it out and it was the same thing that I picked out. How cute. Paige was so sweet on Mother's day. She was telling me how much she loved me all day. I love my kids. They're the BEST!!
We like the heat (so far)
Katie's bad luck
OK, so my poor daughter had a few weeks there where I felt so bad for her. She got sick on a Tues. night and had a fever of 103.6. The fever wound up lasting for four days. I thought she had the stomach flu because #1 she wouldn't eat #2 she said her tummy hurt and #3 she threw up. so finally Thurs. night she still had a fever and I knew it wasn't the stomach flu. I took her to insta care where they looked her over and found out she had strep and an ear infection and another red ear. They gave her a penicillin shot (ouch) and sent her on her way. Well the next Tuesday she was doing so much better I took her to gymnastics. Afterward I had to run to wally world and she wouldn't walk. Well, she didn't wear socks so I thought she had a blister. When we got to the car she wouldn't even put pressure on her foot. So I looked and about 2 weeks prior she had jumped off the stool in the bathroom onto a plastic ring that broke into a bunch of pieces. Well her foot had a huge pussy thing on it and was all purple around it. I called up Christine and she thankfully watched Paige and Joey so I could take her to the night clinic at my pediatricians. Of course, they had some PA there that I didn't know. He looked at her foot, went and got some supplies, and then, without numbing stuff, cut off the pussy part and stuck tweezers up her foot about 1/4 (or more) of an inch. She was screaming so bad I even felt the thing in her foot. She was so brave and took it. The doctor FINALLY stopped and said the feeling of an object went away once he took off the top part (don't get me started!!!). SO she got put on antibiotics again and I took her to the store to pick out WHATEVER she wanted. It could have cost 1 million dollars, but I would buy it for her for what she went through.

update on me
Hi everyone!!!
I just want to let you know how I have been.
Pregnancy:
Well it seems as if I won't make it some days. I am utterly exhausted to the point of not knowing if I can even lift my legs to walk. I was nauseous, but it comes and goes depending on my sleep patterns. I am so curious to hear the heartbeat and see the baby on an ultrasound. I am only 6 1/2 weeks so I am expecting the nausea back any day now. I feel FAT too. All you 2, 3, and 4th time moms will know what I am talking about here. I am on a website and they call it the "fluffy" belly.
Home life:
Well I am not balancing work and home very well. I am too tired on my days off to do anything, so laundry and dishes have been piling up. the house is a disaster all the time. I don't know what I'd do if my realtor was to call me tomorrow with a showing. UGH!! I am cleaning all day tomorrow.
The kids miss their mom and I miss doing stuff with them. I used to do activities with them and for the last month or so the activity has been laying there while they watch a movie.
John is bummed because he can't go camping as often as he wants, well never, but he is trying his hardest at taking care of the kids the nights that I work. We have not been on a date since Twilight was in the theaters. How sad is that?
I hope all of this hard work will pay off because right now it's not worth it to me, OH WELL!!
Work:
With my job, it only helps a little we are currently paying A LOT in daycare/preschool so hopefully I am going to get on a different schedule soon.
Work is different every day I go. Some days it's just like being back in high school with back talking and rude behavior for no reason. Other days it is great and I have a lot of fun. I had a horrible weekend last week and hope this week, my last week of training, will be better.
Hope everyone is well, Love you all!!!
I just want to let you know how I have been.

Katie's birthday
Well My littlest girl turned 3 March 30th. We had 2 fun parties for her. We had a dinner with the grandparents and Christine and Mark. It was a lot of fun just doing a smaller party for once. It was a lot more intimate. She got some shoes, earrings, and makeup from grandma and Grandpa, a game from Lizzie, and princess vanity stuff from Christine and Mark. She was so excited with every gift that she'd jump up and scream, "YAY!!!" and then give hugs to whoever gave it to her. Also, before we opened presents we had her favorite dinner, tacos, and during the prayer Katie was saying her own prayer. So after the "real" prayer was said we gave Katie the floor. Here's what she said:
"Heavenly father, thank you for the food, I hope Grandpa brought me lots of presents, Amen." I thought that was so cute.
Then that Saturday we had a Pirate adventure at a local Pirate Island Pizza. The girls went there for Lizzie's birthday and that's what Katie wanted for her birthday. So we invited 13 of her little friends to come. 11 showed up and we had a blast. The pirate ship that we sat next to had special effects and spit out smoke and it looked like the cannons were firing. At one point I was about to walk in front of them and Paige yells, "NO MOMMY, I DON'T WANT YOU TO GET KILLED!!!" Hahahaha, they're so cute. The party was a hit and I was super glad it was all over....till next year.

Paige's Birthday
So I know it's been a while but my little girl turned 5 in February. We had so much fun with our cousin's. We had a family party for our week of Feb. Birthday's . We did a Super Sleuth party for Paige and Harvey. They had so much fun trying to figure out the "mystery". I had fun putting it together. Paige got some nice things for her birthday like a cleaning kit and a tea cup from Aunt Bekah (THANK YOU), a cute little doll from Abby (I am having a brain fart right now as to her name), and her little dog named turquoise from grandma. She had a blast and I am sad that she's growing up so fast, but it's also so much fun to watch.

So here's how it happened
You know when you get a plan all worked out and things are going great? Well that's how it happened. I got a job!!! I start actual work tomorrow and I have been in orientation, CPR class, and just general running around this week. I was so excited that I was back at work. I decided to work for a year before starting to try for our FINAL child. Well that's when it happened. I was feeling SO nauseated and tired on Monday I decided to take a test, and sure enough there was 2 lines (after 2 or 3 negative ones, too early). I am happy for this baby, but a little disappointed it's not a year from now. But IT IS our final child and I am going to try to enjoy ALL aspects of it and I hope you do too.

Merry Christmas to Us!!!!
boy or girl?
we won't know
'till maybe August
Twenty Four
It was a surprise
but then we're wise
I think that maybe
we'll survive
Please be excited
because we are
cause honestly it's really
not that far (DEC. 19)
I didn't mean to offend anyone with not calling, but this is my "cute" way to tell people this pregnancy. Sorry if I offended you.

2 week test diet
OK so I have been really bad about my dieting. I have not done anything. SO, I look outside and see how nice it looks and I get in a better mood. I have actually cleaned the house EVERY day and kept it fairly decent (not up to my personal standards, but better for having 3 small kids). The key is to open every window in the house and get some natural sun in. I also have had this feeling of wanting to exercise, but I haven't done it yet. Well tomorrows the day!!! I am going to hit it hard for 2 weeks and see where it gets me ;) Wish me luck. My goal is to lose 20 lbs by shelly's wedding and as impossible as it sounds, that is my motivation. I will keep you all posted on here.

FIVE!!
The first five people...to leave a comment on this blog post will receive something made by me. However there are some limitations:
1. I make no guarantee that you will like what I make :)
2. What I create will be just for you
3. It will be done within a year (might take a while)
4. You have no clue what it is going to be
5. I reserve the right to do something really fun
Here's the catch: if you choose to do this, you must post this on your blog and be ready to make something for five people too. This will be fun! When you receive the fabulous item I make you, you must post a picture of it on your blog.
I already have something fun in mind!

been busy
OK so I am going to try this week to get caught up on the blog.
Things I have been up to:
I have the spring itch and have been working in my garden to get it ready
I have been looking for a job (yes I am going back to work for a while)
Been totally stressed over money and this Achilles heel of a house
Been depressed and stressed about the current market
trying to clean out my house to make it stay clean longer (not working so far)
I went on a fun girls night with my two good friends, it was really fun
I can't get any parties for Lia Sophia so I am going inactive until I can find someone
I am feeling SOOO much better than a few months ago, I actually feel sane :)
Things the family has been up to:
Paige loves being 5, she thinks she has special powers now
Katie can't wait for Christmas everyday for the past 3 months she's asked more than once when Christmas is
Joey is talking more, when he feels like it.
Joey RUNS everywhere now, especially after bath when he doesn't want clothes, or a diaper on
Paige gets registered for Kindergarten on Thursday (CAN YOU BELIEVE IT???)
John has had the itch to camp since deer hunt so we are going to go before I start work
John has been traveling a lot to find work
Katie turns 3 in 16 days
Missy is a pest and gets into the trash a lot and won't eat her dog food, but she's still a wonderful family pet.
Well that is all I can think of right now, but I will try every day to post something :0) Hope all is well with everyone.

Paige
So Friday Paige turns 5!!!! I am so impressed at how much she has grown this year. She has finally started drawing pictures instead of sqiggles. She can read now, thanks to her mommy. She loves to cook, just like her mommy. She will do chores, but only if I am doing them with her. She doesn't take naps anymore and loves to help with chores if I threaten her to go upstairs by herself ( =) ) . I love the little person she is becoming, although she is a DRAMA QUEEN!! Happy Birthday little girl!!!
So I saw this picture and my heart swelled. This is MY family =) I created 3 of them myself and I got quite a catch on the fourth. The dog is just new and such a good family dog. She really is an outside dog, but we let her in to play with the kids at night. And yes my house is dirty!! As always, UGH!!
EARS PIERCED!!!
OK, so it took a long time, and katie mutilating her hair, for John to say it was alright if I got the girls' ears pierced. As soon as John said, " I'm not going to stop you if you want to do it." I rushed out that day to get it done. Paige was upset with me that day saying that she wished I had never "stapled" her ears. (LOL) But I gave her some tylenol when we got home and she loved them once it kicked in. Katie on the other hand was very brave and didn't make a peep. She was a little more difficult to get her to put the solution on her ears, but she's fine now.
Joey and Missy
Joey loves the dog, when she's not knocking him down that is. He loves to feed her. He will go into the laundry room and throw food at her. He even can say her name as clear as day. He's such a cute guy.
